- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before appointment
- 50% charge for cancellations within 24 hours
- Full charge for no-shows
- Emergency cancellations are handled case-by-case
Refund Process
Refunds are processed according to these guidelines:
- Full refund for cancelled services (outside 24 hours)
- Partial refund for service dissatisfaction (case-by-case)
- Processing time: 5-7 business days
- Refund to original payment method

For appointment rescheduling:
- Free rescheduling up to 24 hours before
- One-time free reschedule within 24 hours
- Subject to availability of slots
- Emergency rescheduling handled case-by-case
