  • Emergency services available 24/7
  • Standard visits between 9 AM - 6 PM
  • Additional charges may apply for extended distances

  • Regular appointments: Within selected time slot
  • Emergency response: Within 30-60 minutes
  • Video consultations: As per scheduled time
  • Laboratory results: 24-48 hours standard turnaround
